Royal Horseguards Hotel reopened its outdoor space, The Terrace, as part of a limited partnership with Lanson champagne. Tucked away behind the hotel, the challenge was to drive awareness of the space as a destination for summer socialising.
Our strategy was to further enhance the look at feel of The Terrace, create strong visual assets to then be used as part of the wider media and influencer outreach programme which included an event to drive advocacy, timed perfectly around Summer Solstice.
We dressed The Terrace, maximising the look and feel all the while complementing Lanson’s presence and POS which was then captured at our photo shoot. We crafted a press release which was distributed, alongside the high-quality photography, to media targeting ‘what’s on’ and ‘things to do’ slots. We developed and hosted the ‘A Toast to the Summer Solstice’ media and influencer event where guests enjoyed Lanson Champagne and canapés. To bring the moment to life and create an incredible atmosphere, we organised a DJ, live saxophonist, photobooth, photographer and goodie bags.
