Solving the Costly Issue of No Shows

The Challenge

Re-launch Zonal’s #ShowUpForHospitality campaign, building on the groundwork made in 2021 which shone a light on no-shows and how they have a costly impact on the hospitality industry. Raise further awareness amongst consumers on why it is important to honour their bookings, as well as educate the trade on how best to mitigate no-shows from occurring.

Our Approach

We developed and pitched a press release to the trade and national media sharing the latest no-show figures according to Zonal. Building on this momentum, we also developed two further stories which were made into press releases –landing coverage across both trade and national titles – as well as a thought leadership piece which secured coverage in a leading trade media title.
